Each player has a designated position (Prop, Hooker, 2nd row, full back etc.) and that remains their position for the full season regardless of where they are chosen to play in any individual match. Your team must follow the structure of a standard Rugby Union team. Two Props, one hooker, two second-rows, two flankers, one number 8, one scrum-half, one out-half, two centres, two wingers and one full-back.

General A Max of 2 players from any team is allowed. A Max of 2 Foreign Players is allowed in any side * Only one Recognised Kicker is allowed in each side. 20 Transfers are allowed over the season, but only 2 in any one week. (Saturday - Saturday)
